Another year has passed and we’ve reached the moment when we start counting the big moments, achievements and challenges. It was a great year for us and we are thankful for your support.

We have a bigger and brighter team joining forces to find all the right solutions and more supporters than ever. For all these we have to thank you!We are proud to announce that we have 11 new integrations and partners to ease your work, from new payment processors to smart CRMs and awesome social media tools.

123ContactForm’s achievements in 2013

So, let’s take a look on how this year was for the 123ContactForm team.

In January we gave our users the option to move their submissions in cloud with the new Dropbox integration. A go-to solution for all those who work collaboratively and need to share information in a quick and safe manner.

February brought us a new payment gateway – PayPal Advanced. A  solution to meet the demand for on-form payments with no user redirection. It is a friendly and flexible solution and we know that for those dealing with regular online transactions, this is an indispensable feature to have.

While in March, we hit a great number. We reached 15 kangaroos in our team and kept on growing, it was a month for change and big plans.

The next stop, in April there was the Stripe payment integration. A payment method that allows you to receive deposits with no worries at all. It helps process debit cards directly without other frills or fuss, straight on your online form. So you can sell, gather donations and many more with minimum efforts.

Following, on May we started a partnership with Hootsuite. A great opportunity to benefit from the power of social media. Now forms are more shareable, reachable and easier to follow. With our designated app for HootSuite you can now integrate your forms into the world’s most popular social media management system.

123ContactForm milestones

During June our focus shifted a bit and we took our form editor to the next level. We launched the SMS notification feature and added a star rating system as a new field in the editor. Our support team grew bigger in order to efficiently handle all user requests. Performance was the word of this month.

In July we announced a tremendous surprise and gained a new ally. ExactTarget one of world’s leading providers of one-to-one on-demand marketing solutions now has a dedicated 123FormBuilder app to help you create forms and surveys for all purposes.

And so came August, a big month with great milestones to reach. We integrated PayU, a special payment processor for our Romanian users. Also we added GetResponse, an email marketing software to enable our users the option to import contact information from forms automatically. And this is not all, our digital signature field was now ready to gear up your forms. Now, that is what we call an efficient month.

Since we were now majors with over 21 kangaroos in the team, September gave us all the reasons to build awesome new integrations. We launched the Google Calendar integration to facilitate event planning, we added Smartsheet to better handle tasks by using an online project management software. Then we concluded the month with two new payment processors: the “international” Braintree that allows up to 130 currencies and supports mobile transactions and the South African solution offered by PayFast to accept credit card payments and instant EFT. Awesome month was awesome!

October was just about time for us to expand our borders and help the launching of our German sibling 123Formular, offering similar solutions in a new language for the European market. We reached further and made possible the integration with Enormail, an e-mail marketing system from the land of tulips, Holland. And since our creative minds were working hard, we even redesigned the Applications Section.

Likewise, November started with our fresh Help & Documentation section which now allows for feature votings. Moreover, it was a challenging month since we moved all our data in the cloud with Amazon Web Services.

And now it’s December, a month of joy and giving. That is why we started the month by joining the #GivingTuesday Movement and created the first initiative in Romania alongside with Save The Children Romania, Timișoara branch.


We think it was a great year for us and we’re confident that even a better one will come. We couldn’t have done it without our smart kangaroos and awesome users. Thank you for being with us!
