If you’re a business owner, work in the HR or in the communications department, chances are you won’t be sitting around all day refreshing the submissions page to see who filled out your web form. But there’s a high chance that you have your email open at all times, and that’s enough. And even if you’re out at lunch or going to get a coffee, you surely have your phone with you, so you’ll definitely know what’s up at all times!
