Spiral Tree Grove Questionnaire Blessings! Thanks for reading our website and expressing interest in our Grove. This is our questionnaire for joining Spiral Tree Grove, Church of the Earth. Since we have hunkered down to become a smaller group of members, and due to space considerations, we are only opening our Grove to those who are SERIOUS SEEKERS of the Wiccan Path. We now require a questionnaire to be filled out. Please complete ALL questions to the best of your ability. Answering just Yes and NO will not suffice. This questionnaire will not take the place of a meeting with one of our members, which would be scheduled at a later date. What are some of your Pagan interests and experiences? Ex. tarot, stones/crystals, meditations etc..

Have you ever participated in a "live" Pagan ritual/Celebration? Have you ever been part of a in-person Coven/Group? We do respect and appreciate Coven/group confidentiality. Answer what you can.

We are looking to see what YOU are looking for. Please check no more than 3 Thanks!	To attend rituals and/or events regularly. I may have some conflict attending, but will do my best to attend. I am just looking to join on occassion. I would have to see what your requirements are. My life is always busy. As for "formal" training-not interested. I just want to be part of the Outer Grove and attend celebrations and rituals. I want to learn as much as possible from others of like mind, but I have no interest in formal Inner Grove training. I want to eventually become trained as a Ritual Leader in this Tradition and be part of the Inner Grove. My ultimate goal is to become a HPS/HP (High Priestess/High Priest) and/or Ordained Clergy of the Spiral Tree Grove Traditon. other:
