Users

Introduction
If you use 123ContactForm web forms on your clients’ websites, you can create subaccounts for them. This way, clients will be able to access forms themselves. Create subaccounts in the section Users.

Users

The main Users page lists all the subaccounts belonging to your master account. To create a new subaccount, click on New User. Type in the new user’s Name and Email, create a new Company Name and press Save. 123ContactForm sends an email to new users, letting them now what their login data is. We generate an account password for the subuser, which is shared with the subaccount owner only.

Click on Edit User to change user information (name, company, email) or to reset the password. You can also rename a company, delete a company or delete a user.

In Permissions, you can grant and remove user access to forms and you can decide how much control users have over their forms. There are three permission levels for each section – Form Editor, Settings, Submissions, Reports: No access, View only and View & Edit. The permission for each section is set individually.

User Activity

Your subusers will use their accounts like any other users of the platform. But, depending on the permission levels you’ve granted them, each section will be available to them or not. Subaccounts are on the same service plan that your master account is on.

How many subusers can I create on my master account?
The number of subaccounts you can create depends on the service plan you are on. On the Platinum plan, you can create 5 subusers and, on the Diamond plan, 20 subusers. If you need more than that, you can purchase packs of 5 additional subusers at the price of $10 per month.

How much control do subusers have over their forms?
It is up to you. You can grant subusers no, some or full access to each section. Read more information about Permissions.

What is the subaccount password?
The subaccount login data is sent to subusers via email. When you reset subaccount passwords, subusers are also the only ones who receive the new passwords.
