PAYMENT: The date of the event will be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. Balance is due on the event date. Any available referral booking discounts will be applied at this time. Gratuity for baristas and party hosts is NOT included and should be added to your final payment at your discretion. Payment/deposit should be made promptly at the close of the party and can be made by cash or credit card.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: You will be contacted by a Cartwheels & Coffee representative between 5 and 7 days in advance of party date to re-confirm details. In the event of a cancellation or no show, customer forfeits the 50% deposit on the event. In the case of accident, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, events may be rescheduled during available party hours as determined by Cartwheels & Coffee. When possible, please give 24 hour notice in such cases.

LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES: You agree to be bound by any limitations of your party package, included but not limited to number of people, time allotted, and decoration/food allotment. Any breach of these limitations may result in additional fees, for which you are liable.

FACILITIES: Cartwheels & Coffee staff are available to assist you with set up in the cafe and/or lounge, areas. All food, gifts, and supplies are to remain in these areas, and neither guests nor hosts may use or loiter in the area behind the counter.

SET-UP and CLEAN-UP: Customer may arrive 15 minutes prior to event time to prepare if they choose to, but we ask that party guests not arrive until the stated event start time. Customer is responsible for general clean up after their party. This consists of throwing away party related paper products (wrapping paper, plates, napkins, cups, etc.). Cartwheels & Coffee staff will begin to reset tables and equipment, sweep, and wipe down tables at the end of the event time in order to ready the facility to open again 15 minutes later.
