By registering for Camp Fusion, I grant to Studio 7 /Camp Fusion representatives and empoloyees the right to take photos/video of me, my family and property in connection with my dance classes at Studio 7 for promotional purposes. I agree that Studio 7 may use such photos/videos with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including social media, advertising, and web content. ** By registering , I waive the right to any legal action against Studio 7 or Camp Fusion for any injury sustained on camp, school property or at any Studio 7 related recital or event. I understand that I am enrolling myself/ my child in a program that requires physical activity and have agreed that I / my student is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit participation in this dance program.
