Dear Horticultural Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the inaugural New Zealand Flower and Garden Show. The show will take place in Auckland from the 29th November - 3rd December 2017, with an estimated 60,000+ visitors over a five day period. There are many different exhibition categories for you to select from, designed to suit everyone from primary and intermediate school children, to international designers and passionate amateurs. Detail on these categories is included in this document.

We will do all we can to aid you in exhibiting at the show, and this document is the start. Included is an explanation of the application process, the rules and regulations on taking part, and a lot more detail. Also included is information on the judging criteria and process, all designed to help you achieve your best at the show. Please note that information for retailers is in a separate document please let me know if you would like a copy of the retail information sent to you.

Alongside this document we will be holding exhibitor evenings in Auckland, where there are plenty of opportunities to learn from previous winning exhibitors on how to get the best out of being at the show, more detail of those will follow.
