Space Desired: Each booth space is a 10’ X 10’ space. First booth space will be $20 per space per week. Each additional space will be $8 per space per week. The booth fee will be collected each Saturday mid-Market or may be paid in advance. All applicable City Taxes & licenses are to be paid by the Vendor. Location: Cimino Park, one block east of the Safeway parking lot, on the corner of Convent Street and Modica Drive. Dates and Time: May 25 through Mid-October Set Up: 7:00 A.M. – 8 A.M. Selling: 8 A.M. – 12 Noon

Agricultural members: Each grower must grow at least 75% of the products that are being sold. Please list below a complete list of products you wish to sell; identifying what proportion of the product is: Processed, Gathered and/or Purchased. Non-Agricultural members: Please attach a complete list of ALL of the products you wish to sell.

Your $15.00 Membership fee must accompany this Application form. If membership is denied, a board member will notify you and the $15.00 fee will be returned to you.
