Join us and enjoy a head to toe workout with elements of cardio fitness, strength and stretching. Classes consist of exercises tailored to work specific areas of the body, improve cardio fitness and develop muscle strength and flexibility. Exercises are rooted in cleverly crafted dance movement sequences.
Classes are delivered by a mix of Freefall practitioners. New faces warmly welcomed! Suitable for those with some movement experience. These classes are a great way to socialise, meet new people and get fit at the same time!
