Tuition Agreement Contract 
Dear Parent/Guardian

Both parents, guardians, or other persons responsible for payments should read this Contract. A student's enrollment into LEAP is complete once all required enrollement forms are complete along with payment of fees.  The Tuition Agreement Contract will not be altered or amended without the written approval of LEAP ACADEMY.

In consideration of the acceptance of this Contract by LEAP ACADEMY, the undersigned agrees to pay the required TOTAL TUITION cost for the academic year and any additional fees incurred. The undersigned agrees to be bound by the provisions of this Contract to include the listed payment deadlines, delinquent fees, and early withdrawl fees as outlined in LEAP Handbook for the current academic school year.

If the online payment option is used for tuition or any other fee payable to LEAP, a 2.9% convinience fee will be added at the time of the transaction. LEAP ACADEMY is entitled to be reimbursed for any attorney's fees and cost incurred in the collection of any unpaid balance. All transcripts will be held, for students, until all unpaid tuition and fees are recieved.
