Open Mic Participant Agreement Form [Love Won]

The theme for this Open Mic Night is LOVE. Please incorporate the theme in your performance.

All participants agree to have their performances or portions of their performances broadcast on the One Encounter website or YouTube page, and will not receive compensation for involvement.  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify One Encounter, Deena Taylor Ministries INC, and its leadership team, from and against any present or future claim, loss or liability for injury to person or property which I may suffer, or for which I may be liable to any other person, during my participation in this event. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for injuries, losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Director, each performance will last no longer than five minutes and must not include obscenity, indecency, profanity or nudity.
