FRAME Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATIONS:  Program cancellations require written approval from FRAME Management. Membership cancellations require 30 day notice in writing to info@frameclubs.com and will be applied to the next month. Appointment (private training, plan management, nutrition counseling) cancellations require a 24 hour notice otherwise fees may be applied.

HOLDS & FREEZES: Programs and Memberships can be put on hold at any time and not incur any fees. To hold a monthly membership fee, you must submit a request in writing to info@bodybyframe.com by the 15th of the previous month.
REFUNDS: No refunds on Programs or Monthly Memberships. Unused services may be transferred to another FRAME service or transferred to another person.
FEES: Process and handling fee will be applied to new and updated contracts. We do not charge fees for contract initiation, membership holds/freezes, membership cancellation.
MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT LENGTH:  Memberships do not require a minimum contract length unless part of a promotional discount.
BILLING & PAYMENT: Programs require a minimum down payment in advance.  Monthly Memberships require one month membership plus any prorated amount at time of purchase; monthly memberships are auto renewed and billed on the 1st of each month.  Add-on charges are billed on the 20th of each month using the card on file
LATE ARRIVALS: For Appointments, session will be considered cancelled if more than 20 mins late. Session fee will be applied or deducted.  For Group Class, you can train for the remainder of the scheduled time and the remainder of workout can be completed without the trainer present
PLAN MANAGEMENT: Clients on a Program will be assigned a dedicated Program Manager for the duration of the program. Clients enrolled in Monthly Membership can leverage all eligible FRAME staff members to provide plan management services.
