This can be done from the Edit Fields page, in the lower right part of the page. You can use a nice editor to create your additional HTML content. After you have at least 1 HTML block created, a Manage link will appear on the Edit Fields page - click that link to manage your HTML blocks. On the page that appears after you click the link, you will be able to control the position of your HTML blocks with the form, and preview your form.
We recommend you to see this sample form that uses additional HTML content.
