Dirt Bike Park Initiative.

The B!KEL!FE PARK Initiative is a direct response to the public’s concern for their own safety as well as those participating in dirt bike riding. New York City has a history of street dirt bike riding that has established a formidable culture within the community and has spread worldwide.

Albert Elkerson (Al Capone), a founding father and thirty-year veteran of the urban dirt bike movement, has proposed this initiative with the hope of positively impacting the community by providing an area for motocross activities in a safe environment.
