Terms and Conditions All amounts in this agreement are one-time investments. As a client of GO Productions/GO On Hold, all future production updates are available as needed (no update contract required). Orders received before 4:00 PM Pacific normally ship out the same day, but may ship the next day. Priority Mail and all other US Postal Service services are not insured or guaranteed for 2-3 days (postal rules). Shipping & Handling charges are not included in this amount and are non-refundable. An RMA number is required for all returns. Damage as a result of misuse or modification will Void All Warranties. Authorized Agreement and 50% Payment Required to Begin Project. Remaining 50% Due on Project Completion. Communications All Communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered 'in writing'. We will not send you a copy of any Communication unless you request it or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You can obtain a paper copy of an electronic Communication by printing it yourself or requesting that we mail you a paper copy. You should print or download for your records, a copy of your e-documents, this disclosure and any other Communications that are important to you. Law/Regulations You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communications is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Global and National Commerce Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means. Termination/Changes We serve the right, at our discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
