Choose one of the 2 solutions below to lift any limitations from your account or fix a failing subscription:

A) Create a new subscription. Any existing subscription will be cancelled.

  1. Go to our Service Plan page.
  2. Scroll down and click on one of the payment icons (by Paypal or by Credit card using Plimus).
  3. Finish the payment process.
  4. Have some patience while we manually remove any limitations from your account and link it with the new subscription. We will send you an email when it's done, usually not more than a couple of hours.

B) Fix the old subscription. We will continue to charge you using the same subscription you created initially.

  • If you created your subscription using Paypal
    1. Login to your Paypal account and make sure you have enough funds for our monthly/ yearly fee.
    2. Contact us and let us know we can charge your card.
  • If you created your subscription using Plimus and a credit card which now has insufficient funds.
    1. Make sure you have enough funds to cover the monthly fee. If you are located in EU, don't forget about VAT tax.
    2. Contact us and let us know we can charge your card. It takes about 24 hours.
  • If you created your subscription using Plimus and a credit card and it was stolen, it expired or your bank just declined the transaction.
    1. Unless you are experienced with Plimus and you already have an user account on their website, please make a new subscription. Follow the guide described at point A.

    -OR-

    1. If you have an user account on Plimus, login to your Plimus account and add a new credit card.

Based on our experience, it's easier to make a new subscription (first method described). It's also the fastest.

After your account's status is restored, you can access the Message Archive and resend any blocked email.
