What types of payment do you accept? Our payment processor, Avangate, accepts all types of Credit Cards. Beside those, you can pay with your Paypal account.
Should I pay on a monthly or yearly basis? There is no difference in terms of features and benefits. The only difference is the price. By opting for an yearly subscription you get 15% discount off from the total amount you would be paying on monthly basis.
Is this a life time agreement? No. You can cancel anytime. As a matter of fact, you can upgrade to Gold or Platinum or downgrade to Basic anytime. Options are available in My Account section.
What happens when my subscription fails? Your forms will continue to function normally. We save all submissions and they will be available to you when you change your payment source or if you decide to cancel your subscription.
How do you count the 100 submissions limit? We add all submissions made with your forms during a month period. This is quite flexible. You can have a form with 99 submissions and another form with only 1. Both of your forms them will function properly. When you pass this submission cap, we kindly invite you to upgrade. Gold accounts have 5,000 submissions per month and Platinum accounts - 20,000 submissions per month.
What do you mean by the 5 forms limit? Basic plan users can have only 5 forms at any given time. This counts both active and inactive forms. We don't count forms that were deleted in the past.
Do you offer discounts for educational and non-profit? We strongly support educational and non-profit organizations and we offer a 35% discount. Those who choose the yearly subscription period benefit from the additional 15% discount. If you represent such an organization, contact us.
