123 Contact Form for WordPress

Numerous 123ContactForm users suggested we create a plugin to allow the usage of forms built with 123ContactForm on WordPress blogs. So we did it, and it is very simple to be used. In about 5 minutes, your WordPress blog will have a brand new contact form!

1. Download and install the 123ContactForm for WordPress plugin.
2. Sign-up for a 123ContactForm account.
3. Login your new 123ContactForm account.
4. Click the Create new form link.
5. Enter a name for your form (eg: My WordPress Contact Form) and your email address in the first 2 input boxes, then click the Save Form button in the bottom of the page.
6. You are on the Edit Fields page. Click the Next link.
7. You are on the Theme page. Click the Next link.
8. You are on the Get HTML code page. Go to the Option 3b part of the page, select the code, and copy it to the clipboard (by pressing CTRL+C).
9. Paste the code (by pressing CTRL+V) in the WordPress page where you want the form to appear, and save it.
