Lately, we’ve propagated a new feature for time field 24 h format, which can be seen in the Edit form section. If you choose the 24 h format, you’ll see it in Notifications and Submissions. For more details about this new feature, click here!
We’ve also got a new integration with Big Contacts! Now you can create new contacts in your Big Contacts account upon your online form submissions. You have the possibility to map fields for several records such as Business Record, Family, Spouse and Personal Record.
Additionally, by using the Error Handling section, you’ll be notified if a user faces a connection failure when submitting the form. In just a few steps, all your form submissions will create a new Big Contacts account.
And there’s more! You can track your online forms with Google Universal Analytics that enables you to improve form structure and inputs for more conversions. Easy as a walk in the park – just tick this option and you’re done activating it. Then, log into your Analytics account in order to track online form activity.
The Thank You page of the form is very important. That’s why we offer you the possibility to jazz it up! You can customize it in multiple ways by adding videos, different text styles and images. Click here and learn more!
