View Reports

Reports are rendered through charts. Each field is shown in a separate chart. Options have different associated colors and are measured percentually and by number of submissions. When you first access the Reports section for a form, you see the default report, that contains all form fields, shown in pie charts, in the order that they appear in your form.

Is it possible to export the reports in an excel format? Thanks!

    • Hello Priscilla!

Unfortunately, we do not support that feature. However, we do have a feature request submitted by one of our users at this link regarding it. You may access the request and cast your vote. Based on the number of votes received, we will prioritize it in our To-Do list.

For further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team at support@123contactform.com or via our contact form.

      Thanks!

I need the data from my form, why can’t it dumb to excel…..I need it the infomation for registration at my event. There needs to be a way. I can’t imagine I’m the only person who needs to translate their data into an excel document to manipulate and add additional fields and use for registrations.

        Hi Tina!

You can export your entries as an Excel or CSV file by going to My Forms, click on your forms, and in the menu that drops down, click on Submissions.

Once you are there, in the top-right corner you should be able to see the Export to: dropdown.

Do reports work with mobile devices? they all seem pretty screwed up. Is there a way to force an individual page (on Wix.com) to display a single page without mobile optimization?
