White Label Form Builder
Domain name. Use your own subdomain as an alias for the www.123contactform.com domain. Here are instructions on how to set up domain aliasing. Users will access your form builder at this URL and all form management will be done here.
This is how the main page of your form builder will look like (without the CSS customizations that you can make):
Note: The welcome paragraph will contain your company name. The company name can be specified in the section My Account → Change Account Details.
In My Account → White Label Forms → Change Settings, configure your White Label settings as needed.
External CSS URL for backend. Change the way your form builder looks by linking your own CSS stylesheet to it. Inspect page elements to find their IDs and classes, create your personalized stylesheet and provide its URL.
External JS URL for backend. Add extra functionality to your 123ContactForm dashboard and user account by adding the URL of your own
Favicon URL. Replace the 123ContactForm favicon with your own one on every page of the form builder and on all form pages. Simply go to My Account → Change Account Details, scroll down to Favicon URL, provide its URL and you’re good to go.
Show contact link. The contact link is placed in the footer of your white label form builder. Select one of three configuration options for this link, based on your needs and preferences. The default contact link (option Yes) takes the user to the 123ContactForm contact page. To link to your own contact page, select the option Custom URL and paste your URL in the input box that appears. You can also choose to hide the contact link (option No).
Show support link. The support link is placed on the right side of your white label form builder, as a floating button. Select one of three configuration options for this link, based on your needs and preferences. The default support link (option Yes) opens the 123ContactForm support form in a lightbox and sends the message to our support team. To link to your own support page, select the option Custom URL and paste your URL in the input box that appears. You can also choose to hide the support link (option No).
Show help link. The help link is placed in the header and in the footer of your white label form builder. Select one of three configuration options for this link, based on your needs and preferences. The default help link (option Yes) takes the user to the 123ContactForm help & documentation section. To link to your own help page, select the option Custom URL and paste your URL in the input box that appears. You can also choose to hide the help link (option No).
Note: You can use the same URL for two or for all of the three links above.
Include help sign links. Many of the options within the account are followed by help signs that link to our documentation. You can opt to use these links by checking the Yes option or No to remove them.
Include other documentation links. Besides help signs, the account is filled with other links that redirect to our documentation. If you want to permanently remove all documentation links, you’ll need to use both options.
Notifications sender name. This is the name that can be used as the sender in the notification emails received by the form owner. By default, the sender name takes the value provided by form users in the Name field. You can specify your custom sender name here, in the White Label section. Your subusers will see it as an option in the Settings → Notifications → Form Owner Options section.
Notifications sender email. This is the email address used as the sender in the notification emails received by the form owner. It is also the sender email used in autoresponders. The email address that you specify will be used by default. It can be configured further by subusers from the Settings → Notifications → Customize Emails section (or, for the autoresponder, from the Settings → Notifications → Form User Options → Autoresponder section).
Extra publishing options. We have a Facebook application, a Joomla extension and a WordPress plugin, through which our forms can be published easily on the three platforms. They contain 123ContactForm in their names (“123ContactForm application/extentsion/plugin for Facebook/Joomla/Wordpress”). Based on your requirements, you can enable these publishing options or not. If you do not enable them, they will not be listed in the Get Code & Publish section of your white label form builder.
Logo. Upload your own company logo. It will be used in the form builder header, instead of the 123ContactForm logo, and it will also be displayed on the main/login page. The proportions we use for our 123ContactForm logo are 98 pixels in width and 69 in height (98 x 69). Feel free to use these proportions to create your white label logo.
