Space Only Basic Shell Scheme - US$ 92/m² Standard Shell Scheme - US$ 154.50/m² Premium Shell Scheme - US$ 316.50/m²

Space Only - Only the floor space is provided to the dimensions of the booked stand. Exhibitors are responsible for the design & construction of the stand using contractors of their choice within the Rules & Regulations that will accompany the contract to exhibit. Minimum stand size = 30m2. A stand check fee of US$ 260 will be added to the contract.

Basic Shell Scheme - Includes rear & dividing walls, carpet, name board, spotlights and electricity. Minimum stand size = 7,5m².

Standard Shell Scheme - Includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, name board, spotlights and electricity and some furniture (dependent on stand size booked) Minimum stand size = 7,5m².

Premium Shell Scheme - Includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, logo on fascia, spotlights, electricity, furniture (dependent on stand size ), one display counter and graphics for the walls and front of the counter. Min. stand size = 20m².

Stand Registration Type

Premium Registration Fee - US$ 410: Get all the features of the Standard Registration Fee plus a highlighted exhibitor / product listing in the website exhibitor directory to make you really stand out Standard Registration Fee - US$ 215: a compulsory fee that includes online promotion in the exhibitor directory, other online features and benefits, entries in the catalogue/ pocket guide etc

Additional items that can appear in the contract:

City Tax - US$ 148 - Mandatory Brazilian government tax
Waste Management Fee - US$ 8/sqm - A compulsory fee applied to space only stands for management of waste generated during build-up and breakdown.
Sharing Company Registration - A charge of US$ 355 will be applied for each company registered on your stand. Sharing Companies will receive the full range of features and benefits on the website and show catalogue as main standholders but will not be able to place onsite orders.

Innovation Zone Box - US$ 640: An innovation Zone display box to showcase your new products - only products less than 8 months old at time of the show

Indemnity (Insurance)
Indemnity (Insurance for non-Brazilian Companies) US$ 268 will automatically be added to your contract. It is a requirement in the Event Regulations that all companies are comprehensively and appropriately insured. Details of what is covered will be included on your contract.
