  1. Go to SATERN at https://satern.nasa.gov and submit and External Training Request (see guidance below).

For guidance on how to input an external training request into SATERN, PLEASE CLICK TO DOWNLOAD either:

For employees who have previously submitted an external training request in SATERN.
For employees who have NOT previously submitted an external training request in SATERN.
