Rep. of the Natural Resources Committee:<br><br>I oppose HB 4540 because we need more transparency regarding Michigan's oil pipelines, not less. All pipeline safety documents and other information should remain subject to public disclosure because protecting the Great Lakes and our local communities is more important than shielding oil and gas companies from public scrutiny.<br><br>Thank you.
