im very close to purchasing your product.. since you’s will be releasing it with page breaks at the end of the month thats a plus but im in the free version and the show/hide feature isnt working it hides the field but when i click on the field and put yes and dosent show the field like i set in the parameters.. thanks
Ken, please give us the URL to your form. You can send it at support@123contactform.com. Thanks.
how do i create a text box big enough to type a couple paragraphs.
Aslo, is there a chart and graph section
Michael, if you are referring to how you, as form owner, can add a couple of paragraphs to the form, then use the HTML block field. If you want to give users the possibility to type in a couple of paragraphs, then use a normal text area. The charts & graphs section can be found in Reports. We will launch a complete makeover for this section soon.
I want to know with the PLATINIUM PACKAGE, 20.000 Submissions each month for 1 user or for 5 users?
20.000 for the entire account, with all 5 users. Can you please tell us how you would like to use these submissions? Thank you.
And will it reset after 1 month? Thanks?
Ok, i’ve got it, “for each month”. Thanks
Do you have any package for more than 5 users?
hi, Free accounts are limited to a period? I look at the 17day free account my account.
Thanks
Basic accounts are free forever. The number of remaining days that you see in your My Account section refers to the days left until the end of the month, when limitations are reset. For example, at the beginning of a month, you’ve got 100 submissions on the free plan. At the end of the month, this limit is reset back to 100.
Hi
if i’m using the basic free contact form for 2 pages and more is there a way to know from which facebook page the message comes from?
Thanks!
Hello, sure. Just enable the Reference ID feature in your Settings -> Notifications -> Customize Emails section. It allows you to associate a distinctive code to each of the two forms and it will generate a unique identifier to each form submission.

We’re glad you find our website helpful. To set up a popup lightbox, first build and customize you form, then – in the section Get Code & Publish – choose the tab Lightbox in the menu on the left. You can link to the lightbox through a text link, an image link or a floating button.
I am Not able to Publish the contact us form on my page – i did once. but now i have forgotten.

I have created the form – for my Page. but it not coming :/
Reply soon
Maha, there are various types of publishing, specific for different platforms or preferences. Where do you want to publish your form?
In order to embed it on a regular web page, please go to Get Code & Publish, select the tab Embed in the menu on the left, then copy the code found under the Javascript option and paste it in the source code of your page.

Hi,
I am looking for information to understand how 123Contactforms integrates with Zendesk. I am looking for a way to use a custom form instead of Zendesk ticket.
Thanks.
Farah, here is information on our Zendesk integration: http://www.123contactform.com/docs/zendesk/ Once integrated with Zendesk, forms create tickets in your Zendesk account automatically, at every form submission. You can publish the forms anywhere. For example, you can have a Support page on your website, where a form integrated with Zendesk is published. When a user fills out the form on that page, a Zendesk support ticket is generated.
