Introduction
In this section, you can choose the predefined or customized form theme that you prefer. You may also use stylesheets of your own.
Select Theme
To select a theme, navigate through the theme list or do a quick search at the page top. When you’ve found your preferred theme, press Save.
The Edit themes button will take you to the main theme customization panel. Press Preview to see how your form looks with different themes on.
Use Custom CSS
If you want to integrate your own CSS, you can directly paste the code or insert the URL to the CSS file located on your server.
Choose the theme that you want to customize. If you are in the Settings – Themes section, click on the Customize link to open the theme editor. Once there, spot the Font Style and Font Size fields. Type in the name of your desired font style (Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Impact, Trebuchet MS, Times New Roman, Georgia, Courier New, Comic Sans MS) and font size (between 1 and 6).
Press Save (at page bottom), then Return to form (at page top). Once there, press Save again.
How to change my form colors?
You can change foreground, background and border color. Once in the theme editor – left panel, choose the background color in the Page Background Color field; the foreground color in the Form Background Color field; the top border color in the Box Title Color field.

Can I use my own CSS to make the form look like my site?
Yes, you can use your own cascading style sheet (CSS) to customize the look of your contact form. You have to paste the code or enter the URL to the CSS file in Settings -> Themes -> Use custom CSS. Learn about Full CSS Form Customization.
