zapierSupposingly you’re watching us for a while already and employ our web forms for your great business, you probably know one thing: we exist to make your work easier. For this, we strive to offer you all sorts of integrations with third party apps, so that you can link your forms to them. Once the connection has been made, you can sit back and relax while our integrations do the dirty job for you.

Even if our list of third party integrations is very broad and comprises a lot of major names like Salesforce, PayPal, MailChimp, HootSuite and many others, we don’t pretend to have all possible apps integrated with our service. But hold tight, we have a solution for these cases too. If you happen to need an app that’s not on our list, you can simply connect this app to your web forms by using Zapier.

Zapier is a service that lets you create connections between your favorite web apps, in just a few easy steps. The working principle relies on a mechanic like if this happens, then that happens as a result. It’s super simple, really! How, you’re asking? Well, here’s how you can use 123ContactForm on Zapier:

1. Click on the “Make a Zap” option on the top of the page (after you have created an account first and logged in, of course).
2. Choose the first app you would like to create the connection from. In your case, it’s gonna be 123ContactForm.
3. Choose the app you want to connect 123ContactForm to.
4. Select the trigger for your process: a new form or a new submission onto a form.
5. Select the action that the trigger should produce in your desired app. You can see some examples below.
6. Click on Continue and you’ll have to choose your account for each of the apps.

See? I told you it’s easy.

Now let’s see a few examples of apps you can connect to 123ContactForm. For a full list of available apps, you can always check Zapier’s app directory.
